I never saw the ammo for this weapon, captured from the Iraqis in 1991 but thought it pretty cool.

Wanted AGS-17 metal links

Nice sectioning as usual DJ!

I am looking for 2 or 3 of the disentigrating metal links for the AGS-17, if anyone has some spares.

Great images! Has anybody got a good explanation fuse arming and function?

Based on that excellent cut away, it looks like it's inertia armed with an out of line rotating det and a self destruct. Firing looks to be straight impact with a SD backup.
 
Just to add a little extra info to this... there are two fuze types, the one fitted to the VOG-17A is an impact only and the one pictured the VOG-17M has both impact and self destruct as stated.
