Albanian Grenade Markings

Grateful if anybody can confirm or refute:

1. Albanian grenades were made at Polician in Berat district, southern Albania.
2. The factory code is apparently 3 although am not 100%. It seems in the Albanian marking system this is the last digit (see photo below).
3. Can anybody confirm if the T at the end stands for TNT?
4. Is 07 the month of manufacture or the batch number? I assume month but not 100%
5. 71 would be the year of manufacture.
6. The UZGRM type fuzes have a Kovesnikov pattern fuze. I think there is a marking on the fuze body - is there a marking on the spoon?
7. Was Albania the only one to use this distinctive green colour?
