American 20mm Oerlikon 1942, which manufacturer?

good evening. I wonder if anyone can enlighten me on the manufacturer of this US 20mm Oerlikon. I've never seen a headstamp like this, it reads; 'WB 85 1942 F JN UanchorS 20mm MkII'. The projectile has the usual 'MAT 42' stamping.

any thoughts?

MkII indicates brass case with a British (type) primer, i.e. Berdan.

WB manufacturer is West Bend Aluminium Company, West Bend, Wisconsin. (1941-1943)

FJN sorry I don't know.

85 I assume is a Lot number, as a case with similar headstamp but with 207 was sold in 2002, http://classic.gunauction.com/search/displayitem.cfm?itemnum=2669564
