Ammo box seal id

Just seem to remember that Noble rounds were headstamped DAG or MEN as I found some black plastic 5.56mm blanks with the DAG headstamp in the same area,which if are Noble would tie up nicely with the NEC tab and could be 99% certain that was what was in the container it came off

Turned this one up the other day from my happy hunting ground,when I found it I first thought it was marked SF(really must take my glasses with me) which could have been French,but as ammo has not been manufactured in France for some years now, it would have been odd to say the least.
But on closer inspection(with me bins on!) it looks like PSF?
LcplCombat nice selection I think the IVI seal may be Canadian?
