Another mystery shell 110 mm

Purchased this 110 mm shell in Belgium the other day. Diameter is 110 mm and total length is 475 mm. Diameter of fuze opening is 50 mm.
Does anybody knows what type of shell this is? Thx.

General shape makes me think to a naval 4.5in without crimp grooves so maybe, for example, 4.5 CSR PROOF
