Anti Personnel Mine (?)

Got this piece a few years back and have absolutely no clue as to what it is. Could be a part of a lamp, for all I know. Size, threaded fuze well and the frag pattern leads me towards a stick mine like the POM. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Bruce.
