I have this Finnish (?) cartridge case that i need help with, please.
It has a longish neck (about 90mm) and a slight, though definite, shoulder.

Headstamp is :- 105 H/61 27K AF HS 2 87

Length is 440mm
Rim diameter is 125mm

[Please note that the German 105x444R case (for the K18) has a rim diameter of 129mm and is straight-sided.]

Any references/info/photos/drawings of projectiles and weapons using this case would be most welcome. Thanks very much.

Yep, it is for the Finnish M61/37 light field Howitzer.

The gun originally was a license produced 105mm Bofors howizer M/37 but modified in 1961. If I read my source book correctly the gun originally was for separate loading but in 61 modified to take a cartridge load that was put together first at firing position after filling necessary powder charge in case.

Here you see the original gun: http://www.jaegerplatoon.net/ARTILLERY5.htm
