AP mine similar to M 25 and C3

I need some help ID'ing this AP landmine, It is similar to the US M 25 and the Canadian C3. But it is not one of those. Maybe a Japanese Type 67, but can not find anything on that mine.

Am kicking this back up, as this same mine just showed up in Myanmar again.
