apds and red blank for I.D please

The red plastic blank is 30mm and overall length is 260mm Rim 43.89mm

The 30 x 170mm apds has a huge primer as you can see and no stamps on the case base can anyone help with I.D for both of the rounds,Thanks

also one has brass head the other aluminuim
the one shown buy earni74,could be made by DAG as they make these in 7.62,.50bmg,40mm and others
 
Thanks for your comments, i have taken measurements and they are the same as the GUA 8 accept for the overall length
 
The 30x170 is a prototype round, case and primer for the RARDEN APDS. VERY nice :)
