There are several pictures on the internet, but I can not find a translation. Can someone translate the arabic on the head-stamp of the Egyptian made Greener Police Gun MkIII cartridge.
Thank you for the link. I had read through it previously, but having read it again it is now clearer.
I am aware that the symbol on the primer, which is also in the headstamp, is the symbol used by Shoubra, but without the numerals for 27, (Shoubra started as Government Factory 27) and the characters that form the symbol appear to mean 'military industry'
I am also aware of the two date figures indicating 1964, but I cannot read the arabic script and would be grateful if someone could translate it.

I'm now aware that this symbol was also used with the numerals for 10, by Aboukir Engineering Industries Co. Alexandria, Egypt. which I assume started as Government Factory 10.
