Australian M34 WP Smoke Grenade Container.

I show a container for the M34 WP (white phosphorus) Smoke Grenade. No stamps but has a opener key on the bottom.
It was filled at MY St. Mary's in 1968 but who is the maker with monogram CC in an O ?
