Austrian Barbed Wire Grenade

Hi all.
heres a pic of my latest find. A 1st ww Austrian hair brush grenade wrapped with barbed wire. i need some info on it if anyone can help.
i have a small bit of info but it is in italian so i cant make head nor tail of it.
hope someone can help.
