Instead you are directed to bdfwt.de which is described as 'the official digital platform for the Bund Deutscher Feuerwerker und Wehrtechniker e.V., the German association for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) specialists, bomb technicians, and military technology experts'. You are invited to become a member (there is an annual membership fee) which process I tried to complete but never received an email to complete the process. At the moment the old pages from the michaelhiske.de website are inaccessible.
Michael Hiske died in 2011 I believe and his website had been under the control of his family and friends but I have no idea what has happened or when - if ever, we will be able to view that excellent resource again.
