BBC Video of Unexploded Russian Air Dropped Bomb Being Defuzed in Ukraine

OFZAB-500 (ОФЗАБ-500), as far as I'm aware Fuel Air Explosive bomb

Not sure, fuze looks like AVU series

(I don't know why EOD put a white sheet on the bomb, is it to hide markings ?)

A question about something that may be obvious to the EODs here (but not to me ): Why are they pouring water while unscrewing and withdrawing the fuse?

You could be forgiven for mistaking it for a scene from "Trigger Point"

Not in our procedure manuals but maybe an improvised system to avoid friction

Maybe to avoid static sparks? I cannot think of anything else. And fuzes are mostly lightly - factory off- greased on the thread when delivered.
