Somebody here can help me to identify some markings inside the bakelite caps for the Blendkorper 2H grenade ?

What does these number mean ? A maker or a batch number ? We often find these numbers. And in very rare cases, we can find a bakelite maker marking on the top of the cap (see photo below).
