Bofors l70 round

Hi all, can anyone tell me the meaning of VP stencilled and stamped on this L70 Bofors round, a drawing of the projectile internals will be a great help, the projectile has about 50% of its blue paint ( TP ) and has a long windshield, cheers.001.jpg002.jpg003.jpg
