Bomb tail ID

A strange bomb tail known from one or two examples discovered in Poland in the recent years, any trials of ID failed so far.

I do not sadly known precise dimensions - I just think, the tail could be up to 80 cm long and correspondingly some 25 cm in diameter, while the fin span is some 37 cm.
I've checked German, Soviet, British, US, French and Italian bombs so far, with no success. I just feel, looking at the fins and struts, it could be German?
I do not sadly know, where the fin (or fins) was found - but it could be a test facility (like Udetfeld or so), so it may be a completely non-standard piece.

Any ideas, please? :)

Kind regards

Grzesio
