hello, I have been passed these through the family, but am unsure on their use or history. Some suggestion was made of being japanese AT rounds?
They are what looks like milled solid brass with a copper band or three at the tail end, vary in length between 67mm tip to copper band to 84mm, all with a dia of 23mm, some differences in the band groves on the tip of projectile, the longer having a blunt head. All have the same tail tip 9mm dia.
the weigh 246g 270g, 335g and 342 g in order.
there are two casings also which measure 65mm long 26mm dia witha slight ejection rim and nipple rather than a percussion cap? Not sure if they are for these rounds though.
Sorry for any technical terms being incorrect, I am to learn! Please ask for anything to help identify them
Alex
