Brave reporter and camera man

My respect for news reporters and camera ops just went up. I find it incredible that if you go to 12 seconds into the footage and pause it, you can actually see the missile pass over before it goes bang.

Why is this British reporter/comedian, Steve Sweeney, working for the Russian state-broadcaster (propaganda producer) Russia Today (RT)?

Ignoring the person as best I can, the munition used wasn't a missile, but it would seem to be a guided bomb. Probably an Israeli Lizard guided bomb, or possibly a Paveway II series, and hence based on a US-developed MK 80-series bomb body.
