A colourised documentary of the Blitz https://www.imdb.com/title/tt36462227 , it has voiceover actor sound and original survivor interview sound that is digitally enhanced for clarity. Very personal view of the event. Most of the footage was new to me. Great timing to complement the 80th anniversary of the end of IIWW coming in a couple of days.

Thanks for the update.

As a youngster my father used to take me up to London in the 1950s and most of the bomb damaged buildings were still wrecked. It was a while before redevelopment started. Seeing acre after acre of blown up buildings was something I'll never forget, especially the area around St Paul's Cathedral. Even in the 1970s there were still bomb damaged building to be seen, such was the level of destruction.
