Hi,
I hope someone on BOCN can lead me in the right direction. A few months back, I purchased a British 2" Mortar, Mk8. I was wondering if someone might know how to trace the serial number to see where it was issued. My research is leading me to the Queens Own Rifles in Toronto Canada. My dad served for the Queens Own Rifles and I would like to see if this Mortar might have been issued to his Regiment. I appreciate everyone who spent the time to read my message!!!!
