British 4.5 inch How. case. American made?

I have a fired 4.5 inch case found in a filled in shell hole at Authuille on the Somme in 1986. It was one of six hundred and despite being buried for seventy years retains most of it's paint stencilling on the base. The primer is marked E.W.B. Co. which I believe is E.W. Bliss & Co., a firm based in Brooklyn, N.Y. My question is who made the case? The stamped initials are WFSC. - SW

Could it possibly be - WPSC?

Worcester Pressed Steel Company, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA.

EWB IS E.W. Bliss but are there any other markings on the primer?
