Here's a picture of my two British 75mm OQF std rounds. Both dated 1943, these are the standard rounds of the lend lease M4 Sherman, Churchill and Cromwell tanks.
Interestingly, the British chose to remove the bursting charge from the APHE-T round as it was believed to be unreliable.
