Hello Fert,

It's a WW1 British 3in (with tracer) for AA Gun. I know this shell in HE or Shrapnel version.

I'll put pictures later.

thanks for the reply. I tought this kind of tracer was ww2. In handbook QF 3in 20cwt of 1940 and Notes on anti aircraft ammunition 1940 it is'nt mentioned.

Sometimes we find this type of shell in British WW1 battelfield.

I know nothing more about these shells (different marks, different tracers, period of use...)
