Hi can anyone tell me the manufacturer of this British war department stamped M19 90mm brass case any information on CFB ,

A nice case.
I have ASM (on primer) as Arsenal de Munition, Antwerp, Belgium. They made grenades and maybe primers too?
I do not know who CFB is. Just my guess.
