Thanks for posting these photos - very interesting stuff. I spent nearly three years on Tinian in the 1990s on an EOD clearance in advance of a radio station being built for the Voice of America. We found quite a bit of ordnance including both Japanese and US bombs, clusters, grenades and artillery projectiles. It's a really interesting place, but apart from the two bomb pits, there's very little left of what, for a brief period, must have been the most secret place on earth.
