I undersome don't appricate do this, but I did it before I found this site. It is unusual in that it still has the wax moulded inside and no additional "Inert" holes. The handles says "Practice" in the local language.
If you mean the markings on the red lever then it is the fuze designation "UZRGM". What declares it inert by Bulgarian standards is the red paint.
Having it green now may cause others to believe it is not inert, in particular with a filler inside. Your call.
