C239 filling factory ID

As a follow up of a previous thread made another attempt to decipher the letter code for the filling factory of a C239 container.

I have two identical C239 both made by SCC in 1942. Both markings are identical apart from one having WAC2216 and the other WAC2706. The latter was filled by TH 3/43. But the other one filled 7/42 I can't make out what letter code.
I tried cleaning up both sides. The cleanest is unclear to me but the other side to me looks like it may be HD?

They are both HD

On one of them the top right of the D has simply had a splash of paint dropped on it.
