Hi all

I have become this Cartridge
A cal. 50 PT with Tracer and electrical Primer
No Markings

Has anyone Infos over this ( for what, how factory and Cut Draw )

Not sure about the electric primer... can you provide a rear view picture??
Anyway, what I think it is... .50 Cal. M-860 Tracer, Plastic Practice Cartridge. (Chap 9 of the pub. in first link below, p.140/325) except that it is a percusion primer that is associate to this round... Basicly, these type of round are use for low cost training.

Are you shure about the electric primer. It looks like a normal German short range PT to me.

an other type and some 7,62x51.

The electric primer is likely correct (since such ones are known), also the red tip is made of red plastic. As far as we know this is a DAG product.

My thoughts also. I know of no electrically fired .50 calibre weapon.

Is it absolutely certain that is an electric primer and not an inserted small percussion primer?
