Can anybody tell me which manufacturer P&S is?

Can anybody tell me which manufacturer P&S is? I am pretty sure UK, I have seen it on a MK IV 40 mm Bofors L/60 case wartime dated.

P&S is the monogram for Phillips and Son, Lock and Safe Co. Ltd, 130 Sherborne Street, Birmingham.​

I have been told that when on 20mm HS cases, it is "Platers & Stampers", but I do not know where they were based.

Platers and Stampers Ltd, Holborn, EC1 (factory Burnley) is a possibility, prewar making cutlery and tinplate cookware.

Phillips and Son, Lock and Safe Co, prewar made... locks and safes.

Several companies share the monogram P&S.

As a headstamp, "P & S" is Platers & Stampers. Post war they were manufacturers of 'Prestige' kitchenware and subsequently changed their name to 'Prestige Group'
