Can anyone help in ID this please. Possibly a small practice bomb, found on a UK WWI Airbase (along with many others)

So I'm not sure if we had a 3lb Hales or Cooper practice bomb?

Compatible with a Hale bomb not with a Cooper bomb - but I have never heard of a 3lbs training version of such bombs
