can anyone help me on the identification of this box?

i was recently clearing out my granddad's house when i came across a wooden RAF box.
can anyone tell me which era it was from. the box has no other markings expect from the front. my great granddad fought in ww1 and my granddad was in the cadets in 1947 if this is any help. the box is 21.5cm long, 11cm wide and 6.5cm high.

Hi Bitethebullet2,
The wings shown on the box have the kings crown, which dates it between 1918 and 1952. It has the look of being Indian made so I would estimate it being ww2 manufacture, probably to hold cigarettes. Hope this helps.
