can anyone I.D this case manufacturer, case is steel and 20x110mm I assume its Hispano,thanks

I believe it is Swiss. From what I remember, D A may stand for Dornach and Altdorf. One of those Swiss towns was the location of the case manufacturer, and the other the metal supplier. I am not sure which was which.

Unfortunately I don't have any more information.
