It was designed to maximise the deepest hole we could come acroos for its usage? Does this help any? It doesn't some of you say, well how about this: It was made to also go into the B-1 and B-2 bombers.

You are correct! How much work did it take you to find the object?
 
Well, I started out looking at BLU-116, BLU113, and BLU-122/B deep penetration conventional bombs. They didn't have the correct nose taper and fins, and are all designed for Laser Guided delivery.

So I reviewed your photos again, and went with the titles of the jpegs you attached, since I knew B61 was a nuke model number. About an hour to get to that point. Spent about an hour more reviewing web sites for the attachments. Found some very cool stuff.
