Can anyone identifiy this 30mm projectile for me

Can anyone identify this? It was a gift from a mate of mine and he didn't have a clue either.

The Case is a 30mm Aden the projectile though is for a 30mm Rarden or GAU - I think!

Looks more GAU than Rarden. Is the drive band synthetic or iron? Can't easily tell from the pic.

It looks like the standard GAU-8 practice projo, post impact. I don't remember the nomenclature off the top of my head.

The drive band is synthetic, I thought it was some sort of wing test round.

I have seen this type of projectile on my local air weapons range, so without knowing what a PGU 15 TP is fired from, assume it was fired from an aircraft.
