Can anyone identify the drill rounds in the photo?

Could this be a 3.7 inch or a 4 inch Mk.16 Drill round or is it something else ?

Photo was taken at Simons Town. 1976.

Any other ideas on this one. South Africa Navy used the 4 inch and later the 4.5 Separate Loading. The 3.7 was used, but not by navy.

What else could this be?
