Can anyone tell me how Canadian manufactured .303 ammunition was distributed to the Allied forces in WW2? Was it, for example, issued exclusively to Canadian forces, when training in the UK, or was it added to an overall supply and distributed to all forces? The same question goes for .303s of South African manufacture.
