Cannon Round 20mm- what kind?

Hello,

New to this board- any idea what kind of 20mm round this is(see pics)? Bought it deactivated but I believe the head is still active.

20 x 110RB Oerlikon round made by Radway Green in the UK in 1943.

The 20mm Oerlikon gun was the standard light AA gun of the Royal Navy, RCN and USN during WW2.
 
It's not a HEIT projectile simply because it has no fuze, like Tomsk says it looks like a tracer, but with the closing plate removed....see photo of intact Oerlikon tracer projectile (not head!!!!!)
