Cannon round links for identification

Your first picture is the US M12 series link for the M39 series of aircraft gun, as found in models of the F-105, the F-5 and a few other aircraft. The particular link is marked with the "T" number.

The second series of pictures is also a US 20mm link I believe, and it also has an "experimental" number XM 26. Hopefully someone smarter (e.g. Missing Link) will identify it. Although it has the XM number, often indicating "Army" it has the covered primer, which is more usually a "naval forces" feature.

The final two pictures appear to be a Soviet design, I'd guess maybe 23mm....

Thanks for posting. Wish I could help more...

The first one is a M12 (as mentioned above); used in the M39 series of 20x102 cannons.

The second one is a Mk7 Mod1 used in the M61, M197, Mk15 Phalanx CIWS and M163 VADS 20x102 cannons.

The third one...not sure. I agree that it might be Russian; are there any identifying marks on it? Sometimes they're hard to see depending on the condition of the parkerizing.

Hi Earn,
The 4th link looks like a WW2 German one for the Mk108 3cm cannon.
Best regards Weasel.

HI GUYS,THANKYOU FOR YOUR INPUT,THE 1st LINK'S HAVE A STAMP T61E3 FOR THE 20mm VULCAN,THE SECOND LINK HAS THE 'T' STAMP AS WELL AS WM-88C-058 ALSO FOR THE 20mm VULCAN AS POINTED OUT,THE LAST LINK I CAN NOT SEE ANY STAMPS THROUGH MY MAG GLASS, IT WILL NOT FIT THE SOVIET 23mm OR THE GERMAN 30mm MK 108.

THE LAST LINK, THE ONLY ROUND/CASE THAT WILL SQUEEZE IN IS A 20mm HISPANO ?

CHEERS
MICK

No idea about the third link, but I don't believe it's from the U.S. (in my opinion).

T61E3 eh? I don't have one of those yet... Can I trade you out of one?

Hmm...not sure. I was going to trade you a similar link, but as you don't collect them, that won't work. How about a WWII-era .30-06 dummy cartridge? Headstamp is FA 4 (1944). Empty primer pocket and three holes drilled in case. Other than that, I don't see anything around that would be a fair trade value.
