Sc.Bx is French, Schneider Bordeaux.

The French navy used several 90 mm gun L/45, the ones I can find in my references:

90 mm L/45 M1917
90 mm L/45 M1891/1892/1893
90 mm L/45 M1897

Both very nice cases!!!! Wished they where in my collection.
