I have this casing up for auction on GB
Just looking for a little more information on it
Pretty sure its German WWI

Hard to tell without dimensions but looks like either a 15cm or 22.5 cm howitzer case to me - my feeling looking again is 22.5.
Made in Oktober 1916 at the Farlsruhe factory - not Karlshut!!
Also it should be Patronenfabrik!

At 25 bucks if it is a 22 then not a bad price for that condition - if it is a 15 then probably a bit steep - but as many here say the value is in the eye of the buyer & as it is already stateside you`ll save a fortune in postage!!

Probably a 15 cm case for the sFH13 by Patronenfabrik Karlsruhe. I sell them for 10-15 euro's if I have them typically.
