Charger Clip ID

Hi,

At the weekend I acquired a charger clip I haven't been able to identify. It's for rimless cartridges, measures about 82x12mm, is made of grey coated steel and is marked 'X 51' on the back. It looks like it would take about 8 cartridges of something 7.62mm / 7.92mm sized, although I don't have any handy to check.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Mark

Sorry about the pics, flash and macro are not ideal bed fellows!

Cheers

I have one of these, it's a 8 round clip for the 7.62x25 Tokarev pistol.

That'll be the one. Many thanks.

Not much use to me, so if anyone would like it with my compliments please PM me your address. It's in used condition but still functional.

Cheers,
Mark

Technically, they were not meant for a "Tokarev" pistol, or any pistol at all. They were for use with Czech M24, M25, and M26 SMGs, in both 7.62 and 9mm. I may be a bit off with the model numbers.
