It looks like the igniter of the Type 69 bounding mine, but it seems to be 2mm higher.
I found this chinese practice (seems real for me, it seems to have metal balls in the structure, but the round logo seems to be sign for practice) mine named M72 (or type 72). Maybe it's for this one ?
