I'd say Belgium, from similarities of the marking. No proof though

I have -

ASM - Arsenal des Munition, Fort Kolonel IMF Brosius, Zwijndrecht near Antwerp (a filling/assembly facility) UNCONFIRMED (Its not British, thus not my area of research).
