I found these photos on teh web some time ago, with the title SBC - Small bombs container. It is definitively not a British SBC but the interesting thing is that I have strong feeling that it is in fact en French SBC from the 1939-1942 period - "Coffre Gardy" for 1kg Incendiary bombs or Frag Grenades d'aviation - If so it would be the only surviving sample of this very rare piece of air dropped ordnance. Could someone confirm/ infirm this?
