Looks very British. So I would guess it was a joint project between the US and UK. It was called the commando grenade per the museum.
I am interested in the fuze as well ... especially in light of the BEANO discussion out there.
Can anyone share pictures of the T5 series fuzes? Would like to side shots of the fuze with and without the cap. And the different variations out there.
Should make for interesting conversation.
