Composition B Lot HOL / 1953

Can someone confirm that a crate that once held Composition B with a lot number of "HOL", dated 1953, originated at the Holston Ordnance Works? I have been searching for several weeks and not many places produced Composition B other than the aforementioned.
 
A few seconds later I find a PDF dated 1957 which regards to the testing of HEAT weapons and bursting charges utilizing Composition B. All tests were conducted with HOL-86-21 lot numbers that were produced by the Holston Ordnance Works.
