Copper/brass fragment found in Normandy

Hello,

I found some parts of what seems to be fragmented fuze or something like that. I don't have any knowledge about this.
On one of the fragments I can read:
B/R
0/42
902

On another fragment, there is just B/R readable.

Do you have an idea about what it could be?

The majority of pieces you have are from British No. 119 fuzes.

The markings appear to be the details of the filling factory.

B/R - Royal Ordnance Factory Bridgend, however the presence of the solidus is unusual, it might be damage.
*/42 - Month and year of filling
902 - Lot number of filling

Thank you for the information!

Regarding the solidus I will check if this is repeated on the other fragment, I will try to get a better shot of the markings.
