I have looked in my books and on the net but unable to identify the markings on this shell casing.
Apart from the obvious like the two approval stamp (C arrow), and the March 10, 1916, & 1916 dates.

Does anyone know what the other markings indicate, like the Polar bear stamp

Hopefully one of the artillery experts may be able to help.
