CTS 7290T Distraction Device

I thought this may be of interest to this column. These are training Flash Bangs manufactured by a Co. in the US called CTS. Are these legal (inactive) in the UK to collect. What constitutes a deactivated piece of ordinance over there? I've got a few different models of deactivated DDs (Distraction Devices) and will try to post more pics soon.
